We are Marije and Maarten. In 2024 we moved to Ransäter in the heart of Värmland with our family. It was here that the idea for KlossHyra took shape, growing out of our shared passion for LEGO and building.
Maarten spent countless hours building LEGO as a child and rediscovered that joy when our children became old enough to build along with him. Like many LEGO fans, we noticed that larger sets are incredibly rewarding to build, but often end up stored away once completed. They take up space, are expensive and rarely get built more than once.
The idea behind KlossHyra is inspired by a concept that has been established in other countries for many years. From Ransäter, we now bring this experience to Sweden, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability and the joy of building.
By renting instead of buying, more people can enjoy the experience. You save space and money, and together we ensure that every brick is used again and again. This reflects how we approach our hobby, with care, enjoyment and responsibility.
