2.1 The rental period begins on the day the LEGO set is delivered to the designated parcel point or collected from the lessor. From that moment, the renter is responsible for the set.
2.2 The stated delivery times are indicative. The lessor is not liable for any delay caused by the parcel service.
2.3 The rental continues until the agreed period has expired. The set must be returned to a parcel point or to the lessor's location no later than the final rental day.
2.4 Delivery and return are handled by parcel services throughout Sweden, except when the renter collects the set directly from the lessor. Before the rental period ends, the renter receives return instructions with a QR code to hand over the parcel easily.
2.5 If the renter does not collect the parcel in time or refuses it, this is considered a cancellation after dispatch. In that case, the full rental fee remains payable and shipping and administration costs may be charged.
2.6 Late returns may incur additional rent, calculated per full day. If the delay causes extra processing, reasonable additional administration fees may also be charged.
2.7 The renter may extend the rental period indefinitely via their personal account, as long as the set has not been recalled by the lessor.
2.8 If the set is not returned after a reminder, it is considered unlawfully retained property and the lessor may file a police report for theft.
2.9 All sets remain the property of the lessor.
