The LEGO Creator Expert 10264 Corner Garage offers a playful and detailed building experience. The structure has three floors that can be separated to explore the interior. The ground floor features a garage with a rolling door, a working lift and various brick built tools, along with a small 1950s style gas station. The middle floor hosts a veterinary clinic with an examination table, an aquarium and a waiting area. At the top is an apartment with a kitchen, seating area, sleeping space and a compact bathroom. The rooftop terrace includes a lounge chair and a small flower garden. The 1950s style facade, windows, roofline and the detailed sidewalk with a tree and lamppost give the building a distinct character. A scooter, a tow truck with a working winch and several minifigures with a few animal figures are included. The model contains more than 2560 pieces and measures approximately 32 cm high, 26 cm wide and 25 cm deep. The tow truck measures about 6 cm high, 14 cm long and 5 cm wide.
