This model of the iconic space station from Star Wars: A New Hope was the largest LEGO Star Wars set at the time of launch and, thanks to its compact base, has a striking and well balanced shape. As you build, you uncover a series of familiar rooms and scenes from the story. Open up the Death Star and explore the trash chute and crushing trash compactor, Princess Leia’s cell, the control room infiltrated by Luke Skywalker and Han Solo disguised as stormtroopers, the tractor beam control room disabled by Obi Wan Kenobi, Emperor Palpatine’s throne room, the hangar with the Imperial Shuttle and of course the superlaser. With 38 characters in total, including 36 LEGO Star Wars minifigures and 2 LEGO droid figures, the set offers plenty of ways to recreate classic moments. Relive everything from Luke and Leia’s daring swing to safety to the iconic lightsaber duel between Darth Vader and Obi Wan Kenobi. The completed Death Star measures 70 cm high, 79 cm wide and 27 cm deep.
